SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT
Authors are required to read the author's instructions that are on the journal’s page before submission of a manuscript. The manuscript should be prepared according to the journal's methods and journal’s policy. Authors that are listed in the paper are expected to meet the requirements specified in the journal. The authors should state in the paper his or her name, affiliation, email, and phone number.

Articles should be typed in Microsoft Word using 12 font size in A 4 size paper (Times New Roman), and they should be between 4000 to 5000 words in single line spacing.
Contributors are advised to present papers in line with any of the following styles of referencing, 7th Edition of American Psychological Associations (APA), 7th Edition of Modern Languages Association (MLA), 9th edition.
Page one and two of the manuscript should contain the title of the article and a running head of not more than 40 characters, including space, and a short abstract of 150 to 250 words. 5 key words are to be provided by the author(s).
Contributors are advised to use either British English.
Change of Authors
Authors are required to consider the list and order of authors before the submission of the paper and thereby provide a clear list of authors at the time of the original submission. Any addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author's names in the author's list should be made before the manuscript has been accepted. Note, an article cannot take more than three (3) authors.
Copyright of Published Paper
Academic articles are published by Academic Journals. Due to this fact, this Journal does not retain Copyright Ownership of the published articles. The authors or contributors retain the copyright to their articles.
Journal Open Access Policy
The management of this journal allows open access to its contents. All published articles in this journal can be accessed by any person who has a good internet connection.
Article Preservation
The https://oer.tsuniversity.edu.ng Preservation Network (PN) provides free preservation services for this journal. More so, articles published in this journal are also preserved in the computer system and external hard disk
Article Publication and Processing Fees
Many Academic Journals that are in the University community are self-sponsored. Most of the journals do not receive financial support from institutions or government. This journal therefore depends on article processing and publication fees. The publication fee is used for internet services, and uploading of articles online, etc.
Therefore the online publication fee is ₦25, 000 for a single author, while for more than two authors is ₦35,000. The journal hard copy is sent on request with a payment of a particular amount of money depending on the number of pages. The publication fee is paid after an article has been accepted. For authors outside Nigeria, the total online publication fee is $60.
