Employers and state governments should fund training initiatives, encourage entrepreneurship, enact legislation for those impacted by automation, and identify the industries and job categories most vulnerable to automation to better prepare their workforce. Policies that promote innovation, financial support, and training might lessen the detrimental consequences of automation on communities and labor. It is essential to comprehend these industries and job categories to lessen the adverse consequences of automation.
