Northeast Development Commission and Infrastructural Development in Jalingo and Ardo Kola Local Government Areas, Taraba State, Nigeria

Abstract

Infrastructural development plays a pivotal role in accelerating socio-economic transformation, especially in post-conflict regions such as Nigeria's North-East. The objectives of the study are to investigate the role of the Northeast Development Commission (NEDC) in promoting infrastructural development in Jalingo and Ardo-Kola Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Taraba State and to assess the effectiveness, equity, and community impact of NEDC-led projects and their implications for local economic development and social inclusion.
