Effects of Cognitive Restructuring Therapy and Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review Study Strategy on Test Anxiety among Secondary School Students in Gombe State, Nigeria
Abstract
This study was carried out to determine the effects of cognitive restructuring therapy (CRT) and survey, question, read, recite, review (SQ3R) study strategy on test anxiety among secondary school students in Gombe State, Nigeria. A pre-test post-test non-equivalent no control group design was adopted for the study.
