The study concluded that, to a large extent, employee well-being significantly moderates the effect of job stress on employee burnout among workers of Benue State Investment and Property Commission (BIPC) Makurdi. The study recommended that: the management of autonomously operated corporations should ensure that employees are assigned specific and welldefined roles according to their areas of specialization while guiding against role overlap amongst their employees’ areas of specialization. However, to boost employee morale and ensure that unforeseen lapses are overcome, adequate financial and non-financial compensations including overtime allowances, bonuses and other rewards are paid promptly; staff training should be prioritized by the management of Benue State Investment and Property Commission (BIPC) in areas of core competencies in line with global best practices.
